Court construction and resurfacing in Arkansas
Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, Fort Smith and statewide, from our Southlake, Texas office. Our managing partner grew up in Siloam Springs, so Arkansas is home ground, not a long haul. Post-tensioned builds, Laykold resurfacing and repair for cities, schools, clubs and universities.
Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts
- Tennis courts. New post-tensioned courts, acrylic resurfacing, crack repair, repaints and restriping, indoor and outdoor.
- Pickleball courts. Dedicated facilities, tennis to pickleball conversions, resurfacing of courts that have cracked or delaminated.
- Basketball and multi-sport. Park and school court resurfacing, multi-sport striping, VersaCourt modular tile.
- Full court facilities. Post-tensioned slabs, drainage, fencing, lighting foundations and surfacing as one contract.
We build and resurface courts across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas using Laykold, the official surface of the US Open. We just finished all 18 courts at the University of Oklahoma's Headington Tennis Center, 12 outdoor and 6 indoor, and the complex was just named a 2026 USTA Outstanding Facility.
Arkansas standing
EliteTrax holds an Arkansas subcontractor registration and bids Arkansas municipal and school court work as it is published. We have not yet completed a project in Arkansas; our nearest completed work is the 18-court program at the University of Oklahoma and the pickleball and basketball courts for the City of Schertz, Texas, both of which take reference calls.
Why Arkansas owners call us
Arkansas bid tabs are unusually public, and they show the same pattern we see everywhere: resurfacing awards decided on price and scope clarity, and reconstruction awards decided on who can self-perform post-tensioned concrete. We bring both, with an ASBA Certified Court Builder setting the specification.
How Arkansas agencies, schools and universities buy from us
Bidding. We respond to Arkansas city, county and school district solicitations as prime on court work, and as a court subcontractor to general contractors on larger park projects. Tell us the agency and we will register on your portal.
Cooperative contracts. Arkansas public bodies that participate in national cooperatives such as Sourcewell can buy Laykold systems through the manufacturer's contract, delivered by EliteTrax as an authorized dealer. Ask us which vehicle fits your agency.
Registrations. SAM.gov. Arkansas subcontractor registration. Legal entity Los Verdes Hermanos LLC, dba EliteTrax Sports Surfaces.
Public bid results in our footprint show winning prices for a plain acrylic resurface on existing courts spanning roughly $6,700 to $16,000 per court on jobs of 4 to 16 courts, with single-court jobs higher. Those are other owners' awards, not our pricing; see the budgeting guide for the sources. Send photos and an address for a number for your courts.

Five steps, one point of contact
You deal with the person who can commit the company. No call center, no layers.
Assessment
Send photos and an address, or we walk the site. We look at the slab, cracks, drainage and fencing before anyone talks price.
Scope and budget number
A line-item proposal: what is included, the system by name, what happens with cracks, and a realistic number you can plan around.
Schedule
Acrylic goes down at 50 degrees and rising, so we set a window that fits the season and your calendar.
Install
Preparation, repairs, surfacing and striping to the manufacturer specification, with daily photo records on every public project.
Walk and closeout
You walk the courts with us before final acceptance. Outdoor courts are ready to play 24 hours after lines when nights stay above 60 degrees.
Arkansas court questions
Have you built courts in Arkansas?
Not yet. We hold an Arkansas subcontractor registration and bid Arkansas work as it is published. Our completed projects, including all 18 courts at the University of Oklahoma, take reference calls, and our managing partner grew up in Siloam Springs.
Does an Arkansas job need a licensed contractor?
Arkansas licenses commercial contractors above a dollar threshold set by the Contractors Licensing Board. Tell us the project size and we will confirm what is required for your scope before we price it.
How does travel from Texas affect price?
Multi-court projects absorb mobilization easily; a single court does not. We price honestly and tell you if a local repaint is the better answer.
When is the resurfacing season in Arkansas?
Acrylic needs 50 degrees and rising at the surface, so roughly April through October outdoors.

Send the court count and the city. You will get a realistic scope and budget number so you know what to plan for, even if the work is a year out.
