What we do in Oklahoma

Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts

  • Tennis courts. New post-tensioned courts, acrylic resurfacing, crack repair, repaints and restriping, indoor and outdoor.
  • Pickleball courts. Dedicated facilities, tennis to pickleball conversions, resurfacing of courts that have cracked or delaminated.
  • Basketball and multi-sport. Park and school court resurfacing, multi-sport striping, VersaCourt modular tile.
  • Full court facilities. Post-tensioned slabs, drainage, fencing, lighting foundations and surfacing as one contract.

We build and resurface courts across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas using Laykold, the official surface of the US Open. We just finished all 18 courts at the University of Oklahoma's Headington Tennis Center, 12 outdoor and 6 indoor, and the complex was just named a 2026 USTA Outstanding Facility.

Public buyers

How Oklahoma agencies, schools and universities buy from us

State of Oklahoma supplier. EliteTrax is a registered State of Oklahoma supplier and is registered on municipal and county bid portals across the state, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Edmond, Norman, Broken Arrow and Tulsa County.

University and school work. The OU program ran under a competitive public RFP through OU Procurement; both OU Athletics and OU Procurement are available as references for Oklahoma public buyers.

Cooperative contracts. As an authorized Laykold dealer we can deliver Laykold systems through the national cooperative contracts held by Laykold's manufacturer, including Sourcewell and OMNIA Partners, where your agency participates. Ask us which vehicle fits.

Public bid results in our footprint show winning prices for a plain acrylic resurface on existing courts spanning roughly $6,700 to $16,000 per court on jobs of 4 to 16 courts, with single-court jobs higher. Those are other owners' awards, not our pricing; see the budgeting guide for the sources. Send photos and an address for a number for your courts.

How a project runs

Five steps, one point of contact

You deal with the person who can commit the company. No call center, no layers.

1

Assessment

Send photos and an address, or we walk the site. We look at the slab, cracks, drainage and fencing before anyone talks price.

2

Scope and budget number

A line-item proposal: what is included, the system by name, what happens with cracks, and a realistic number you can plan around.

3

Schedule

Acrylic goes down at 50 degrees and rising, so we set a window that fits the season and your calendar.

4

Install

Preparation, repairs, surfacing and striping to the manufacturer specification, with daily photo records on every public project.

5

Walk and closeout

You walk the courts with us before final acceptance. Outdoor courts are ready to play 24 hours after lines when nights stay above 60 degrees.

Common questions

Oklahoma court questions

Did EliteTrax really do all 18 OU courts?

Yes. Twelve outdoor courts at the Headington Tennis Center and six indoor courts at the Gregg Wadley facility, resurfaced in Laykold in 2026 under a competitive public RFP. The case study has the scope, the phasing and the photos.

Do you work with Oklahoma school districts?

Yes. We price tennis court resurfacing and new court construction for Oklahoma districts and are registered on district and state portals. Tell us the campus and court count and you will get a budget number.

Can Oklahoma cities buy from you without a bid?

Depends on the city's purchasing rules and thresholds. Where a city participates in a national cooperative such as Sourcewell or OMNIA Partners, Laykold systems can be delivered through the manufacturer's contract. Otherwise we bid your solicitation; we are registered on most Oklahoma municipal portals.

When is the resurfacing season in Oklahoma?

Acrylic needs 50 degrees and rising at the surface, so roughly April through October outdoors, and year-round for indoor courts like OU's Wadley facility.

Courts in Oklahoma on your list?

Send the court count and the city. You will get a realistic scope and budget number so you know what to plan for, even if the work is a year out.
