The Surface
Finished with Laykold
Every court was finished with a Laykold acrylic system, the same surface family used at the US Open. As an authorized Laykold dealer, EliteTrax installs the system to manufacturer specifications, from surface prep through final line striping.
The Process
How the job got done
1. Surface prep
Courts were cleaned, inspected and repaired before any coating went down.
2. Acrylic resurfacing
Laykold layers applied across the indoor and outdoor courts.
3. Line striping
Every line taped and hand-painted to regulation spec.
4. Final details
OU logos and court markings restored.
The project was completed under the direction of EliteTrax Technical Director Kevin Leach, CTCB, ASBA Certified Court Builder.
